Sveta Moroz is a Russian-born costume designer and scenographer, currently based in the U.S. and pursuing her M.F.A. at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University.

She studied scenic and costume design, earning a B.F.A. from the Moscow Art Theatre School. Her work spans theatre and film in both Russia and the U.S., with a strong foundation in historical research and material culture.

Sveta sees design as a process of uncovering—finding visual expressions that carry emotional and narrative weight. She is drawn to projects that explore history, identity, and cross-cultural connection.
